BUILD · WORKFORCE

THE RIGHT CREW. THE RIGHT DAY.

Labor, equipment, and materials in one plan — built from the lookahead, checked against what the site actually produced yesterday. When the weather takes a day, the plan rebuilds itself before the crews reach the gate.

WORKFORCE · 6 MODULES · ONE PLAN

THE MODULES

Labor, iron, and material on one sheet.

Most jobs plan people in one system, equipment in another, and materials on a phone call. The three constraints that decide whether Thursday happens belong on the same sheet, in the same units, against the same schedule.

WEEK 34 · RAIN 22MM · SHIFTED 44H

PLANNING

When Wednesday washes out.

A rained-out pour used to cost a full day of two crews standing down. Here the plan is rebuilt at 04:41, the exterior crews are re-scoped to interior work that was already sequenced, and the hours come back on Thursday.

Scrub the week. The strip marks the delay; the bars are heads on site. Formwork and rebar go to zero on Wednesday and forty-four hours move indoors instead of home.

A HEAD OF THE BRAIN

Staff from evidence, not memory.

The Brain reads next week's schedule, the last four weeks of capture velocity, and every comparable pour your company has ever recorded — then tells you how many heads the week actually needs.

Forecasts carry their reasoning. Open one and it cites the activities, the observed rates, and the historical jobs it drew from, so a superintendent can argue with it on the evidence rather than on the gut.

Two crews used to go home when it rained. Now they go inside, and I can show the owner exactly which activities absorbed the hours.
