No ticket, no task.

1,480 tickets on file across the workforce — confined space, scaffold competency, forklift, rigging and signalling, first aid — flagged 30 days from expiry, chased at 14, and refused at the gate on the day. Certifications are verified at gate-in on 100% of shifts.

What it does

Each worker carries a record of what they are ticketed to do and until when: confined space entry, scaffold competency, forklift and telehandler, rigging and signalling, first aid, site induction, and whatever licences the jurisdiction demands of the trade. The card is photographed once at induction; the expiry becomes a date the record watches rather than a line in a binder in a filing cabinet.

The ladder is deliberate. At 30 days the ticket is flagged to the holder and their foreman. At 14 days it is on the superintendent's sheet with the renewal either booked or not. On the day it lapses, gate-in refuses the badge and dispatch will not put that name on a task that requires the class. Nobody discovers a lapse with an inspector standing in the trailer.

How it works

  1. 01

    Capture the ticket once

Photograph the card at induction and the record reads the holder, the class, the issuer and the expiry date. Subcontractor rosters load in bulk, so a trade partner's 60 workers arrive with their tickets on file instead of in a folder in a truck.

  2. 02

    Watch the expiry

Thirty days out the holder and the foreman are notified; fourteen days out it sits on the superintendent's sheet. Toolbox-talk attendance and training records live on the same worker record, so competency reads as one thing rather than four systems.

  3. 03

    Gate the task

On the day a ticket lapses, gate-in refuses the badge and the dispatch board will not assign a task requiring that class. Verification runs on 100% of shifts, which is the only figure that survives an audit or an incident investigation.
