PROFILE 04 / 2705:40 · WING 3B · L4
SEQUENCE
The grid on L4 closes Thursday — the 05:50 walk lands first, so every void above it is dated and pinned before the boards go up.
CITES: 360 WALK 05:50 · CEILING PLAN L4
A ward wing is two point one metres of interstitial space carrying medical gas, primary duct, tray and sprinkler over rooms that must hold their pressure on day one. Ground Reality records every void before it closes and carries the commissioning chain — room by room, all 2,400 of them — to the day the doors open.
Capture · Mission 18
The sheet above is a drawing of this. 14 capture waypoints, and every finding called as the aircraft reaches it — scroll sets the target, the mission keeps its own pace, and the page waits for it.
Sector · Hospitals
The campus read in one governed pass — in over the arrival road and the drop-off, east along six ambulance bays under a 5.40 m canopy, up the erection front, then straight down the walkable interstitial service floor between the primary duct and the tray. The unit walks ward 3B's level four past the open ceiling void, the unsealed riser and room 4-118. Then the helicopter takes the pad and we yield.
Medical gas, primary duct, cable tray and sprinkler share one interstitial zone. A hanger that lands 200 mm low stays invisible until the ceiling grid is up and the isolation room will not hold its cascade.
The coordination model is faded over the same vantage point in the walk, bay by bay. Drift reads in millimetres against revision — flagged from 25 mm — weeks before the plasterboard goes on and years before anyone argues about who moved it.
Six months after handover a valve needs isolating and nobody knows what runs above the ceiling in corridor 3B. The as-built says one thing, the ceiling says another, and a maintenance crew opens twelve tiles to settle it.
Every wing is walked before close-up — eight floors an hour, frames pinned to the sheet within ±0.3 m. The void stays standing in the record after the ceiling closes: dated, at the same vantage point, for whoever opens it next.
Cx arrives as a folder of scanned PDFs a fortnight before the first patient. Nobody can say which room a balance sheet belongs to, or whether the door was hung when the pressure was read.
Your Cx scripts run as structured gates on every room: air changes, pressure cascade, medical gas purity, nurse call. Each check lands against the room and the frame that proves it, so the handover file assembles as the work happens instead of being typed at the end.

The program runs on the wing's clock — the walk before the grid closes, the flight over the spine, the gate that shuts against a room. Everything a ceiling is about to hide lands on the record first.
Every wing, the week before the grid closes it
Eight floors an hour, frames pinned to the sheet within ±0.3 m, every void dated before the plasterboard goes on. Six months after handover, the ceiling in corridor 3B still opens in the record.
WALK 8 FLOORS/HR · PIN ±0.3M · 1.4CMEvery walk, against the current revision
The coordination model is faded over the same vantage point, bay by bay. A hanger that lands low reads in millimetres against revision — flagged from 25 mm — weeks before the grid would have hidden it.
Δ FLAGGED 25MM · WING A GRID 4MMEach morning, a figure-eight over the ward spine
The flight reads what the walk cannot: the unprotected edge at riser SD-04, the EMS pad surface held to ±8 mm, and 62 MEP loads staged between the wings, on the same record as the voids.
RISER SD-04 FLAGGED · PAD ±8MM · LAYDOWN 62 LOADSRoom by room, through IST week 41
Air changes, pressure cascade, medical gas purity, nurse call — each check lands against the room and the frame that proves it. The handover file assembles as the work happens, not in the last fortnight.
ROOMS 2,400 · ACH 25/HR · GATES 12/PHASEThe void stays standing in the record. Every wing is walked before the grid goes up — frames pinned within ±0.3 m, dated, at the same vantage point — so whoever isolates a valve above corridor 3B opens the record, not twelve tiles.
VOIDS · PIN ±0.3M · DATEDYes — as evidence, not a folder of PDFs. 25 air changes an hour verified in every theatre, 12 ACH held in the isolation suite, each reading landed against the room and the frame that proves the door was hung when the reading was taken.
THEATRES 25 ACH · ISOLATION 12 ACHRoom 4-118 failed by 3 Pa at 11:20. At 11:44 the frame from the walk showed the transfer grille was never fitted. Retested and signed at 16:05 — the gate closed against the room the same day, with the cause on the record.
FAIL 11:20 · CAUSE 11:44 · SIGNED 16:05Line by line. Wing 3B's Cx application 07 reads $1,691,200 claimed against $1,632,200 verified across six lines — the Δ $59,000 is named per line before it is certified, not argued after.
CX APP 07 · 6 LINES · Δ 3.5%By reading drift while it is still a shim. The overlay flags departures from 25 mm weeks before close-up, and the gates shut room by room through IST — zero wards handed back for rework after commissioning.
Δ FROM 25MM · WARDS REWORKED 0The date holds because the evidence already exists. 2,400 rooms commissioned on one chain of record, 12 gates a phase closing as the work happens — opening day inherits a file, it does not wait for one.
ROOMS 2,400 · GATES 12/PHASERead overnight on a wing like this one: the week's walk, the morning flight over the spine, the commissioning gate log, and the Cx ledger at application 07. Three of the 27 profiles wake up to it.
