The answer is not a paragraph.

Ask in your own words. The answer arrives as an instrument built for that question — a viewport, an equation, a ruler, a schedule — with what it was drawn from attached: a unit, a tolerance, a method and an epoch on every figure. There is no dashboard to configure and no report to go and find.

One session

One morning, eight questions — and one it will not answer.

What follows is one valuation morning on one package, replayed from the record — deterministic, the same for every reader, because a demo you cannot check is not evidence of anything. Every act is caused by the act before it, and every act proves a different capability. Scroll proposes; the session keeps its own pace. Three of the questions are clickable if you would rather jump.

  3. Replayed from the record. The same question returns the same calls, in the same order.

  4. Permissions resolve before the model runs, not after it answers. It never sees what the asker cannot.

THE FIVE RETURNS FROM ACT 01, ASSEMBLED INTO ONE INSTRUMENT

  1. Assembling instrument · viewport + line comparison

  2. Not at 80 percent. Columns on level 3 are short 32 of 142; MEP first fix is short 168 m of 980. Everything else reconciles inside its tolerance — 62 % ±2.1 measured against 80 % claimed.

  3. One reading needs more than a percent: column F-7 is 41 mm out of plumb against ±15 — and pour P-118 casts against it in four days.

  4. The application asks in percent. The record answers in quantities, then prints the percent they imply.

  3. Routed to the formwork subcontractor for level 3 — the only party whose control covers bay F. Their surface asks for three fields and one decision, and nothing else.

  4. Financial and binding actions exist only as proposals. The release lever is human, under delegated authority.

  2. Rewinding · epoch 14 → epoch 6 · nothing overwritten

  3. On 3 March the record held 620 m³ ±2.4 % for the level-two pour. Since 12 March it holds 604 m³ ±1.6 % for that same day — the control network was re-registered and the measurement re-derived.

  4. Both answers are true and both are kept. Records made at the time are the kind that survive cross-examination — and March is where this argument starts.

THE LAST QUESTION OF A VALUATION MORNING

  2. DECLINED · NO MEASUREMENT SUPPORTS IT

  3. Five variations have no measured quantity, and four of those turn on ground conditions nobody has been asked to capture. Here is what can be answered instead — and what each would take.

Ask one
ANSWERS · BOUNDED · CITED · LOGGED

Why the answer can be relied on

Nothing here is the model's opinion.

Every capability in that session rests on four things that were true of the record long before anybody asked it anything. They are what make an answer checkable, and what make a refusal possible.

TOOLS · NAMED · TESTED · LOGGED

Named tools, never free text

An answer is a sequence of named tools, each returning a figure in its own units, written into the record beside the answer itself. The trace prints next to what it produced, so what was asked of the record is as auditable as the record.

FIGURE · SIX FIELDS · OR IT IS NOT ONE

A figure is six things

Value, unit, uncertainty, method, epoch, and the source it was derived from. Anything short of all six is not a measurement in this record and is not returned as one. An estimate is a different type from a measurement and the two are never added.

ACCESS · TO THE PART OF THE SITE · FIRST

Permissions before the model

Scope is settled before anything runs, down to the part of the site. Nothing answers from what the asker cannot see — which is a different guarantee from filtering an answer after it has been formed.

ACTIONS · PROPOSED · RELEASED BY HUMANS

It prepares; a person releases

Directives are routed, tracked, escalated and closed against capture. Financial and binding actions exist only as proposals a human releases under delegated authority. The platform builds the lever; hands stay on it.

Unprompted

Six things it watches while nobody is asking.

A standing agent has no question to answer to, so the way it speaks is written law here: a subject, the trajectory it was measured on, the threshold it crossed in your own taxonomy, the frames that carry it. Never a verb of intent. The dismissal is recorded too, because a dismissal is data about the threshold.

There are no alert thresholds to tune. The record already knows its own error budget — the tolerances of the measurements that make up a figure decide what counts as a deviation, and a residual inside the budget is arithmetic, not a finding.

EIGHT ACTS · EIGHT CAPABILITIES · ONE DECLINED

What each act proved

Eight acts, eight different reasons.

The session was not eight demonstrations of one feature. Each act proved a capability the others did not touch — stated here in the terms a buyer would use, not ours.

01Ask in your own words
A question in plain words becomes named, tested, logged tools — with permissions settled before anything runs.
02Pay-application verification
The claim arrives already checked against the site, line by line — you certify what stands, not what was reported.
03Multilingual field voice
Spoken questions, hands-free, under a hard hat, in five languages — built for the people who know the site and never log in.
04Directives that close on capture
A sentence on a site walk becomes routed, tracked, escalating work — closed only when the next capture measures the change.
05Material reconciliation
Delivered, excavated, installed, stockpiled, hauled and waste land in one balance — with the residual stated plainly, never as an accusation.
06The record that remembers what it knew
Ask what was known on any past date and get that day's answer beside today's — both kept, both dated, built for the year the dispute lands.
07Standing agents
Six things watched while nobody asks — surfaced as citations with evidence and ±, never as accusations, dismissals recorded too.
08The refusal
A number no measurement supports is declined outright — with the reasons, and the measurable alternative, listed.

Questions of record

The limits, in the same size type as the claims.

Every product page in this category hides its prerequisites in a FAQ at the bottom. These are specifications, so they are set like specifications.

Is the session on this page live?
No. It is one scripted session, replayed the same way for every reader, in about ninety seconds. The product answers live; this page does not — so nothing here can be a lucky demo, and every figure on it can be checked against every other figure on it.
What happens when the record cannot answer?
It declines, states why, and lists what would have to be measured instead. It does not produce a number that no measurement supports, and it does not bury the caveat under a confident figure.
Can it act, or only answer?
It prepares. A spoken instruction becomes a restated, confirmed, routed directive with a generated action surface for the party who can actually do it — and it closes only when a later capture measures the change. Financial and binding actions stay proposals until a human releases them.
Who can ask what?
Scope is settled before anything runs, down to the part of the site. A question that reaches past the asker's control comes back bounded, and says so.
Is the conversation kept?
Yes. Appended, marked agent-mediated, attributed, and reviewable — held the same way as the rest of the record, so a session can be produced years later beside the epochs it was reasoning over.
Which languages?
Five are modelled today — Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi — spoken, hands-free, under a hard hat. It is not bound to those five: the field speaks what the field speaks, and the transcript lands on the record either way.
What does it read?
Your record. One tenant, one record, one audit trail. No model is trained on your data, and there is no pooled corpus behind the answer.
How long does an answer take?
As long as its tools take, which depends on what it has to measure. The trace prints the calls, so the time is attributable rather than promised.
SESSION · FILED · ON THE RECORD

The close

A number you can be asked about in six years.

The session you just watched would itself be on the record — appended, marked agent-mediated, attributed to the people and the tools that produced it, and answerable long after everyone in it has moved on. That is the only kind of answer worth building a company on.

Every figure in that session carried a unit, a tolerance, a method and an epoch. One question was refused outright. Neither of those is a feature we added late; they are what the record makes possible and what everything else on this site is built to protect.

The next band holds the only button on this site. Bring it your own Monday morning — the application, the yard, the column, the argument — and we will show you which of its questions a record like this answers, and which it declines.
