How long until we are actually running?
Two weeks for a single site, four to eight for a portfolio. Week one is capture and integrations; week two is your record loaded and your first crews trained. A forward-deployed engineer runs the rollout from the job, not from a webinar, and we do not count a deployment as live until a superintendent has closed an RFI on it.
Who owns the data?
You do. Captures, documents, derived models, and the weights trained on them are yours. Export everything at any time in open formats — GeoTIFF, LAS, IFC, CSV, PDF — through the API or the console. If you leave, you leave with the record and with the brain that learned from it.
Is our data used to train anyone else's model?
No. One brain per organization, isolated weights, no pooling, no cross-customer training, no exceptions bought with a discount. Every answer cites the exact capture frame, drawing revision, or contract clause it came from, and every inference is written to an audit log you can export.
Do we have to buy hardware from you?
No. Bring the drones, docks, ground robots, and 360 cameras you already own — we are sensor-agnostic and process what you fly. If you would rather not fly at all, capture-as-a-service crews operate in 175 countries and the data lands in the same record either way.
Does it connect to the systems we already run?
340+ integrations covering ERP, accounting, BIM authoring, scheduling, and document control, plus a documented REST API, webhooks, and scheduled exports. ERP sync is two-way from the Portfolio tier up, so a change order approved here is a change order approved there.
What does support actually mean?
Unlimited tickets on every tier. From Portfolio up, 24/7 coverage with a named customer success manager who knows your job numbers, against a 99.95% uptime SLA. Organization adds a forward-deployed engineer on the account and a quarterly calibration review of the Brain's role profiles.
