How much does construction site monitoring cost?
One annual number, struck from three inputs — square footage under management, sites captured per year, and contract value under management — so a single fit-out and a national programme are never priced off the same sheet. There is no per-seat line, no storage line, and no charge for the implementation. The figure worth setting it against is one avoided argument on one valuation.
How long until we are actually running?
Two weeks for a single site, four to eight for a portfolio. Week one is capture and integrations; week two is your record loaded and your first crews trained. A forward-deployed engineer runs the rollout from the job, not from a webinar, and we do not count a deployment as live until a superintendent has closed an RFI on it.
Who owns the data?
You do. Captures, documents, and everything the platform derives from them are yours, and ownership is stated in the contract rather than a footnote. The record is built to answer your questions for decades — that is the point of holding one.
Is our data used to train anyone else's model?
No — and it does not train ours either. GR Brain answers through typed, tested tools reading your record under your permissions; nothing about you enters any model's weights. Every answer cites the exact capture frame, drawing revision, or contract clause it came from, and every answer is written to an audit log you can query.
Do we have to buy hardware from you?
No. Bring the drones, docks, ground robots, and 360 cameras you already own — the record takes what you fly. Ordinary phone video counts too: the capture layer is built to tell you when a scene is seen well enough, whatever took the frame.
Does it connect to the systems we already run?
The record is designed open: versioned interfaces for ERP, accounting, BIM authoring, scheduling, and document control, plus a documented REST API and webhooks. ERP sync is two-way from the Portfolio tier up, so a change order approved here is a change order approved there.
What does support actually mean?
Unlimited tickets on every tier. From Portfolio up, priority coverage with a named contact who knows your job numbers, and recovery objectives stated in the contract. Organization adds a forward-deployed engineer on the account and a quarterly calibration review of GR Brain's role profiles.
