Two hundred and forty megawatts across eight halls, a gen yard, and a commissioning programme that runs from factory witness to a full integrated systems test. Ground Reality carries the evidence for all of it on one chain — every check tied to the frame, the room and the revision that proves it.
The sheet above is a drawing of this. 10 capture waypoints, and every finding called as the aircraft reaches it — scroll sets the target, the mission keeps its own pace, and the page waits for it.

FLY THE WHITE SPACE.
Two hundred and forty megawatts, eight halls, and one of them in integrated systems test — flown in through the goods door and down a hundred and thirty-two metres of cold aisle while the racks come up row by row. Then the unit walks it on foot and reads what a commissioning pack never shows: the blanking gap, the bypass air, the busway tap running eight degrees warm.

Commissioning evidence lives on a shared drive: factory witness reports in one folder, static test sheets in another, IST results in a third, and none of it tied to the room it happened in.
L1 to L5 on one chain
Cx scripts run as structured gates by level and by system. Each result lands against the asset, the room and the dated frame that shows it installed — so the handover pack assembles itself as the work is witnessed instead of being chased in the last fortnight.
A fit-out contractor claims 1,400 racks landed, containment complete and tray pulled through. The hall says something else, and the claim is due on Friday.
Pay for what is in the hall
Billing lines are tied to the frames that prove the installed work, line by line. Claimed and verified sit side by side with the difference dimensioned, so a payment conversation takes ten minutes and leaves a record behind it.
Once a hall is live, walking it means an escort, a permit and a security clearance. Thermal on the busway and the containment gets done when somebody is free, which is not often.
Rounds inside a live hall
A robot runs the round instead: thermal, RGB and 360 down the hot aisle, along the busway and through the gen yard, four times a day, escort-free — every frame on the same record as the Cx evidence.
The program runs on the commissioning calendar — hall by hall, level by level, witness by witness — so the evidence chain is built while the work happens, not chased across a shared drive in the last fortnight.

360 walk
2×/day, one station per cold aisle
Racks, containment and the ceiling void on dated frames, front to rear — captured before the grid and the containment close over the work, so the hall's record shuts the same day the tile does.
Down the hot aisle, along the 800 A busway and through the gen yard. The round that used to need an escort and a security clearance runs on the same record as the Cx evidence.
Each check lands against the asset, the room and the dated frame that shows it installed. The handover pack assembles itself as the work is witnessed instead of being typed at the end.
When the utility is dropped, the round is already moving: every CRAH restart timed, the warm busway tap tagged at 03:40 and cleared, and the pack signed at 09:00 with its evidence attached.

Q01
Can you work a hall after it goes live?
Yes — without an escort. The robot runs thermal, RGB and 360 down the hot aisle and through the gen yard four times a day, and every frame lands on the same record as the commissioning evidence.

Q02
Where is the Cx evidence when the IST starts?
Already attached. Every check from factory witness to integrated systems test lands against its asset, its room and the dated frame that proves it — 100% of them — so nothing is chased in the last fortnight.
What does a black-building test look like on your record?
Utility dropped at 01:10, the transfer caught on the round at 01:14, every CRAH restart timed. One busway tap ran 8 °C warm at 03:40 — tagged on the frame, assigned, cleared — and the IST pack was signed at 09:00.

Q04
The fit-out contractor says the hall is finished. Is it?
The claim is read against the frames, line by line: claimed and verified side by side with the difference dimensioned. Application 09 carried a $162,000 gap across six lines — settled in a ten-minute conversation that left a record behind it.
What happens above the containment and under the floor?
It is captured before it closes. The walk reads the void — tray A and B on diverse routes, the 800 A busway — and the chilled-water flow and return in the plenum under the +0.80 floor, dated at every station, for whoever lifts a tile in year five.
Six weeks. Evidencing checks as they are witnessed — instead of assembling a folder after the IST — pulled the handover forward by six weeks on 240 MW.

Who reads it
Read overnight on a job like this one: the day's two walks, the rounds, every gate that closed through L1–L5, and the IST script for the night ahead. Three of the 27 profiles wake up to it.
IST night 2 closed clean: the 01:10 drop is on the round, every CRAH restart timed, and the 03:40 busway tap cleared before dawn. The pack signs at 09:00 with nothing left to chase.

Hall 4's walk lands before the crews badge in — four stations, both tray routes read in the void. Keep the containment drop-away open on pod 2 until the walk clears it; the record closes behind the work, never ahead of it.

Application 09 settles on the frames: $162,000 of the claim is not in the hall yet, dimensioned line by line — and the programme is running six weeks ahead of the folder it replaced.
