Four hundred and eighty keys in the tower, sixty-two pool villas down the shore, a lagoon pool with no straight line in it, and a date that was printed in a brochure eighteen months ago. Ground Reality flies the façade and the villa grid, records every room before the ceilings close, and carries the snag list room by room to the morning the first guest walks under the porte-cochère.
The sheet above is a drawing of this. 16 capture waypoints, and every finding called as the aircraft reaches it — scroll sets the target, the mission keeps its own pace, and the page waits for it.

READY FOR CHECK-IN.
Nine days from the ribbon: fourteen over-water villas, two hundred and eighty-five metres of jetty and a pool rim held to ten millimetres, read in one governed pass at golden hour — then the unit walks the boardwalk and measures the one thing the brochure will never show you.
Four hundred and eighty rooms and sixty-two villas get snagged on clipboards by two inspectors nine days out. A room marked in March is re-marked in May, and nobody can say which list the joiner is working from this morning.
Every key, snagged on the frame
The pre-opening walk is captured and tagged on the frame: point at the chipped architrave and it lands in the record, assigned to a trade with a due date. Twelve seconds a snag — 4,120 items closed room by room, and the room's own history is still there when the operator asks about it in year two.
A lagoon pool has nothing straight to check against: 1,240 m² of free-form shell, a zero-depth entry at 1:20, and an overflow channel that only works if the whole rim sits within a few millimetres of the water level.
The pool, before the tile goes down
The shell and the deck are meshed off the capture and compared against the design surface before the tiler starts. Falls to the overflow channel, rim level and entry gradient read as measured numbers — ±10 mm across 1,240 m² — while the screed can still be re-set.

The fit-out contractor claims every guestroom cased, dressed and lit in the application that closes ten days before opening. Half of level 7 is standing on its underlay with no headboards, and the claim is due on Friday.
Pay for the rooms that are dressed
Billing lines are tied to the frames that prove the installed work, floor by floor and room by room. Claimed and capture-verified sit side by side with the difference dimensioned, so the pre-opening application is settled in a meeting instead of an argument.

The capture program
The program runs on the countdown — a date printed in a brochure eighteen months ago, a soft opening at T−9 days, one morning a guest walks in. Everything on this list is on the record before a ceiling, a screed or a tide closes over it.

Façade orbit
07:15 each morning, before the wind gets up
The tower is orbited from lobby to parapet while the air off the water is still: eleven levels of balconies, glazing and render read at 0.8 cm detail, landed before the trades are on the floors.
Sixty-two pool villas, their terraces and the beach between them on one grid. The 4,200 m³ of sand fill is held to a ±0.30 m profile flight by flight, before the tide redraws it.
Room by room, before the ceilings close — again at T−9
Every key and every villa is walked and tagged on the frame: point at the chipped architrave and it lands in the record assigned to a trade, twelve seconds a snag. 4,120 items raised, 4,120 closed.
A lagoon pool has no straight line to check, so the shell and deck are meshed and differenced against design before the tiler starts — rim level, falls to the overflow channel and the zero-depth entry, while the screed can still be re-set.

Can you actually walk 480 rooms and 62 villas before opening?
Room by room, before the ceilings close, then the pre-opening walk at T−9 days. A snag is tagged on the frame in twelve seconds and lands assigned with a due date — 4,120 items raised and 4,120 closed, none open on the morning of the soft opening.

Q02
The pool has no straight line in it — what do you check it against?
The design surface. The shell and deck are meshed off the capture and differenced before the tiler starts: rim level within ±10 mm across 1,240 m², the zero-depth entry holding 1:20, the falls running to the overflow channel — read while the screed can still be re-set.

Q03
The fit-out claim lands ten days before opening. How do we settle it?
Against the frames. Application 07 reads claimed beside capture-verified, room by room and line by line, with the difference dimensioned: Δ $131,500 across six lines — 4.0% — settled in a meeting instead of an argument.
When do you fly a site that is all finishes trades?
At 07:15, before the wind gets up off the water: eleven levels of façade at 0.8 cm detail and the villa grid at 1.1 cm detail, flown and landed before the deck fills. Nobody on the tower stops for the capture.
Every room's own history: the walk before the ceilings closed, the snags raised and closed against it, the pool shell as it was meshed. When room 0714 comes up in year two, the answer is the record — not whoever still remembers the architrave.

Who reads it
Read overnight on a resort at T−9 days: the 07:15 façade orbit, the day's room walks, a snag ledger closing room by room, and fit-out application 07. Three of the 27 profiles wake up to it.
Paint on level 7 was still soft at the last walk — hold the joiners to the villa row until the corridor cures. 0714's architrave is tagged and with the joiner by lunch, and the orbit flies at 07:15 before the wind gets up.
