Every billed line, tied to a frame.
Each claimed line is checked against what the drones and the walks actually saw that period. 96% clear on the evidence; the rest are held with the frame that shows why, before anyone has to call it a dispute.
What it does
Verification runs on the capture the job already collects: the weekly 360° walk, the drone flight, the robot round. Percent complete is read per area and per trade from the frames and lands against the schedule-of-values line that bills it — claimed and verified side by side, in the period they belong to.
A held line is a question with its evidence attached, not an accusation. The subcontractor opens the same frame the reviewer opened — two floors claimed, one hung — and re-submits against next period. Meridian settled $18M of contested claims off that record instead of in a conference room.
How it works
- 01
Capture the period
The scheduled walk or flight for the billing period covers the areas being claimed. Nobody captures specially for the claim — this is the same data the job already runs on.
- 02
Read the installed work
Progress is read per area and per trade from the frames and written as a verified percent against each schedule-of-values line, with the capture date it was measured on.
- 03
Clear or hold
Lines the capture supports clear. Lines it does not are held with the area, the date and the frames, and go back to the subcontractor with the evidence already attached.
