The whole record, offline, in a pocket.
Current sheets, open RFIs, punch items, checklists and today's log cached on the phone before it leaves the trailer. It works in the core with no bars and syncs a shift's work in a median 12 seconds when the signal comes back. Hit targets are 44 px because of gloves.
What it does
Everything the field needs is cached before the walk starts: the current sheets, the open items on the levels you are assigned, the checklists due today, yesterday's log. Down in the core with no bars, a foreman can still mark up S-412, raise a punch item, photograph it and sign a checkpoint.
Every entry stamps its level, its sheet coordinate and the minute it was made from the device, so the office sees where a thing is without asking. When two people touch the same record, both entries stay in the version history and the later one is flagged for review rather than silently winning.
How it works
- 01
Cache before you walk
The app pulls the current sheet set, the open items for your assigned areas and today's checklists over the trailer Wi-Fi. All 1,204 revisions do not come down; the ones the field is building to do.
- 02
Work with no signal
Markups, punch tags, photographs, checklists and log entries are written to the device. 100% of field actions work offline, and every entry carries its level, sheet coordinate and timestamp from the moment it was made.
- 03
Sync and reconcile
The moment there is signal, entries upload in the background — a shift's work in a median 12S. Conflicting edits are both kept in the version history, with the later one flagged for a human to settle.
