One package. Fourteen trade bundles.

The master set cut into the sheets, sections and addenda each subcontractor actually needs — 14 bundles in 15 MIN of machine time, checked by a bid manager and issued the same afternoon with a scope letter off your template.

What it does

Sending a subcontractor all 1,842 pages is how you get a firm price on the wrong scope. Repackaging cuts the master set by trade: the drawings that show their work, the specification sections that govern it, the addenda that changed it, and the general conditions they are bound by — and nothing else.

Each bundle arrives with a scope letter drafted from your standard template, inclusions and exclusions filled from the package itself. Nothing leaves unread: a bid manager opens all 14, checks what was included and what was deliberately left out, and issues them. Sheets that fall into no bundle are listed for a person, never quietly dropped.

How it works

  1. 01

    Map the trades

Your bid list decides the bundles — 14 on a package this size. Each trade carries the divisions and drawing disciplines it owns, learned from the packages your firm has issued before.

  2. 02

    Cut the set

Sheets, specification sections and addenda are assigned trade by trade with cross-references followed, so a detail referenced out of DIV 26 travels with it. Anything landing in no bundle is listed, not lost.

  3. 03

    Draft, check, issue

Every bundle comes with a scope letter off your template and an inclusion/exclusion list drawn from the package. A bid manager reviews all 14 and issues them — 3 H from cut to sent on a typical tender.
